I finally joined tumblr, and I shall tell you why….It wasn’t so I could post cool half naked photos of myself taken on my mac ( I don’t even have a mac) showing off my new tattoo and it certainly wasn’t so I can re-blog really cool looking polaroid photos my friends and I took in a park to make it look like we live in the 80’s. 

I work in an industry that is from the outside, fairly glamorous, one that I am sure many of you wish to be a part of.  I most certainly count myself very lucky to be able to work with musicians and ultimately some of my best friends on a daily basis, growing and enhancing our careers together.

However, it isn’t quite as black and white as that and the internal politics and struggle that goes on in this world is something I find both frivolous and fascinating.  It is harder than ever to be independant in this industry and with the collapse of many smaller companies and grass-roots venues in the UK, I think it’s important that people like myself give you a tiny insight into what it means to work off your own back and how it drives the passion you have for your artists even more.

So yeah, loads more to come over the next few weeks/months but hopefully it will be of interest to someone out there.

The idea of this page isn’t to claim I’m anything special nor even half good at what I do, but merely to give you an overview of what myself and my acts are up to, and if you wish to ask a question about it, feel free!
